Annual Meeting

Join us for our worship service  Sunday, February 6th at 9:30 am.  Following worship, we will have our Annual Congregational Meeting. Childcare will be provided during the meeting.  Please make plans to stay and join us!

Upward Volunteers Needed

Upward basketball games have begun, and will continue through February. As a church, we believe Upward is a wonderful outreach and opportunity to serve.

Please  prayerfully consider volunteering to greet our guests on January 29th or work at the Upward Concessions Stand throughout February. 

Sign up sheets are available in the lobby or through the link in the weekly eNews. 

Dinners for 8 returns in February. This fun and popular fellowship is a gather of 8 TPC members at designated homes to share a meal and engage in fellowship.

You can email christah@trinitysouthlake.org or sign up on the enclosed card in your bulletin this Sunday and place your card in the collection basket by January 30th. You’ll be contacted  via email the first week of February with details for your dinner group.

We will be meeting behind the church (in the field), under the stars (without a tent), for our Christmas Eve worship service tonight at 5:30pm. The weather looks like it will be nice, but be warned that there’s a little bit of wind out there, so please come prepared. Also, remember your flashlights for reading your bulletins and being able to find your way back to your car after worship.

We can’t wait to see you tonight as we all worship together!!

Join us on Christmas Eve for our special evening of candlelight worship with Communion at 5:30 pm.  Just as there were shepherds out in the fields when the angels appeared, just as there were wise men following a star, just as Mary and Joseph had traveled far to find no room in the inn, so will we gather out in the field, under the stars. So join us as we bundle up and celebrate the birth of the Light of the World.  

Please join us for a Congregational Meeting on Sunday, November 14^th at 10:30am (after our 9:30 Worship Service)  for the purpose of amending the Bylaws and receiving and voting on the recommendations from the Nominating Committee for the new class of Elders and Deacons.  (Please find copies of the proposed Bylaws in the office or click HERE) 

Please join us for food, games and a movie (Night at the Museum) outdoors, weather permitting on Friday November 5th.

The evening will begin at 5:30 with dinner that includes hotdogs, chips and fruit.  Food will be served on the patio throughout the evening or until it runs out.  Children and adults can participate in the games (which may include some prizes).  Ingredients for S’mores will be supplied and marshmallows can be roasted at the fire pit.  Popcorn will be provided for the movie. Bring chairs, blankets or whatever is needed to watch the movie which will begin around 7:00.

If you’ve already turned in a pledge card for 2022 General Operating fund, THANK YOU!  If you are still praying and planning what to give, there is still time to turn in your pledge.  Turn in your pledge card in this week’s offering, or at your earliest convenience in the church office.  Thank you for helping us plan and budget for all that we can do in 2022!!

During the Fall, we want to be a people of community because we believe that Faith (and life) are meant to be done TOGETHER. 

To that end, if you are not signed up for a Fall Growth Group we are asking that you make a commitment to reach out to your fellow congregants on a weekly basis, because we want to be intentional about our fellowship.  You can find a form in your bulletin or outside of the worship center.
