Trinity Private Preschool – Director

1. Do you already hold a Director’s Certificate from Texas Childcare Licensing (under HHS/DFPS)? If not, which of the qualifications do you meet to be able to obtain a Director’s Certificate?
2. What experience do you have working in early childhood care and education? Why are you pursuing this position?
3. What church do you currently attend, and what is your level of involvement in that church?  What role does the church play in your life?
4. What past or current experience do you have in management or leading a team? What did that role look like? How did you motivate, develop, or coach the various team members?
