Q: What is Activities for 10?
A: It’s a fun and easy way to get to know new friends and old friends better within our church family. Groups of approximately 10 people, will get together for a one time activity based on a hobby or common interest. Each group, with the help of a group host, will find a date that works between February 15th and March 15th, then get together with an emphasis on fun, friendship and a common hobby/interest. If you’re new to our church, this is a great way to jump in!
Q: What kind of hobbies will be there to choose from?
A: We’re so glad you asked! Groups will be formed based on the most “popular” hobbies based on last week’s survey. There will be something for everyone!
Q: How do I sign up?
A: The signups for these events will happen this Sunday and next Sunday outside the worship center.
Q: What is expected of an Activities for 10 host?
A: The hosts will contact the other members of your group to set the date and time for your activity. If you’re the host, you simply get to set the place and details for your group’s activity. Keep it simple, as groups are encouraged to keep the activities casual and focus on the fellowship… it’s the coming together that matters!
