He then worked for a bit in the Silicon Valley before crossing the continent once again to complete his Master of Divinity at Princeton Theological Seminary.
Tim began his pastoral ministry in Houston, at Clear Lake Presbyterian Church as Associate Pastor of Outreach and Evangelism. During his three years there he preached regularly and helped the church transition between senior pastors. In 2008 he became an associate pastor at First Presbyterian Church, San Antonio where he taught extensively as he worked with their Discipleship Ministries. While there, he met and married his wife Chalie (a native Texan and fellow engineer). In 2010 they made the move back to Houston, where Tim completed a Master of Business Administration at the University of Houston.
In early 2012, Tim accepted God’s call to pastor Trinity Presbyterian Church of Southlake where his contagiously energetic style of ministry continues today. As more responsibilities were added, Ruth became Business Manager and is now doing financial stuff and managing rentals and sports camps.
Christa Harley – Administrative Assistant
Christa grew up outside of Pittsburgh, PA. After graduating with a degree in business management, she worked for United Van Lines for eight years. While participating in their mutual friend’s wedding, she reconnected with a friend who turned out to be her future husband. He lived in Oklahoma and she subsequently moved to Midwest City, OK for new opportunities. Jim and Christa married in 1999 and their first daughter, Samantha was born the same year.
Missing family and friends back in Pennsylvania, Jim was blessed with a job at USAirways. They moved back to the area where they both grew up in 2000 to raise a family. Their daughter Melanie was born in 2002, and son, Zachary arrived in 2005. During this time, Christa began working for their family’s church, St. John’s “Burry’s” Church in Rochester, PA, as their administrative assistant. She loved the job, the pastors, and the people so much, she worked there for 13 years.
In 2015, due to the American Airlines/USAirways merger, Jim’s position was transferred to Dallas. The Harleys moved to Flower Mound in June, 2015.
In late November/early December 2015 Christa joined our staff as Administrative Assistant. She has found her position at Trinity to be the perfect job for her, allowing her to work while her children are in school, while giving her opportunities to be creative, organized, and encouraging. At the church, Christa oversees a variety of tasks, creating Sunday Worship bulletins, organizing and keeping attendance and giving records, answering phones, greeting visitors and much more.
In her spare time, Christa enjoys reading, doing crossword puzzles, traveling, and learning the best places to eat in Texas.
Sue Mulvin – Director of Communications
Sue was born and raised in northwestern Pennsylvania and was educated in Information Technology and Accounting. Her professional career spanned 20+ years in the areas of Finance and Information Technology, working in the manufacturing and engineering industries. Sue married Bob Mulvin in 1999 and a few years later they relocated from Pennsylvania to follow Bob’s career at GE Transportation. At this time Sue’s career transitioned to using her skills in various volunteer positions at non-profits and church organizations.
Sue and Bob’s first move took them to Calgary, Alberta Canada where they both got the opportunity to indulge their love of the great outdoors. The proximity to the Canadian Rockies gave them unlimited access to hiking, skiing, and snowshoeing. From there, they moved to Paris, France which taught them valuable lessons in adaptability as they learned to live in and love the French urban culture. When they weren’t exploring the City of Lights, they spent their spare time touring around Europe. Their next move repatriated them to Jacksonville, Florida where they got to indulge their love of seafood and readjusted to the American way of life.
Their most recent move in 2016 brought them to Keller, Texas where they live with their beautiful Calico fur-baby, Sienna Vienna. They are enjoying exploring the great state of Texas and meeting new friends. The relationships they have developed in all their “homes” mean the world to them.
Sue and Bob joined the Trinity Presbyterian Church family in the fall of 2016 and Sue accepted the position of Director of Communications in October 2017 and is very excited to serve her church family in this capacity.
Sue also enjoys singing in the choir, knitting, gardening, and spending as much time as possible outdoors.
Laura Bray – Music Director / Learn Ministries Coordinator

Her passion for sacred music is one she shares with her husband, Clinton, who is a full-time organist at University Park Methodist Church. Laura and Clinton have been married five years and share their love of music with their three-year-old daughter, Jenni Cate.
Laura genuinely believes that making music together, regardless of ability level, truly makes us happier and healthier as individuals, and provides a higher level of fellowship that all members of our congregation can value.

Brittany Bradley – Sunday Morning Coordinator
Brittany was born and raised in Sugar Land, Texas where she grew up in the First Presbyterian Church (baptized and confirmed). After high school, she moved to east Texas to study Food, Nutrition and Dietetics, then moved to north Texas in 2013.
She has dedicated the last five years of her life caring for babies and young children and is currently a full-time nanny. She started working at Trinity in 2015 as an assistant nursery worker and became a lead nursery worker in 2016, and assumed the role of Sunday Morning Coordinator in April 2019.
All “her kids” (past and present) hold a special place in her heart and she credits them for helping her discover her passion and teaching her lessons about unconditional love, bravery, and living in the moment. Their sweet hugs and precious giggles remind her daily that she is making a difference in their lives.
At home, Brittany has two huskies, Tasha Marie and Theodore Eric, who she adopted from Texas Husky Rescue. She enjoys hiking with her dogs, kayaking, watching hockey (go Stars!), cooking (mostly the eating part), cleaning (she LOVES to clean), dancing, shopping, and interior decorating.
A fun fact about Brittany is that she faced her biggest “fear” this year by flying on an airplane for the first time in January. It turns out that she absolutely loves flying and cannot wait to do it again.
She is beyond excited and feels blessed to be our new Sunday Morning Coordinator.
